Deleting your account is permanent and cannot be undone. All your data will be removed within 30 days of your request.
What gets deleted
- Your account and login credentials
- Your name and profile information
- All project folders and estimates
- Your subscription record (cancellation is separate — manage via Google Play)
What is retained
- Anonymised transaction records required for legal/financial compliance (up to 7 years)
How to request deletion
Send an email from your registered account address to us below. We will confirm your deletion request within 2 business days and complete it within 30 days.

Cancel your subscription first
Deleting your account does not automatically cancel your Google Play subscription. Before requesting deletion, please cancel your subscription through Google Play Subscriptions to avoid further charges.
