These Terms govern your use of MaterialEst Pro across the Android app, the Web Portal, and (when available) the iPhone app. By subscribing to MaterialEst Pro Starter or Pro, you agree to the billing and cancellation terms below.
MaterialEst Pro is offered on a subscription basis. Plan availability differs slightly by platform:

Annual billing is currently only available through the Web Portal. Annual subscribers pay the full year in advance and receive a discounted rate compared to paying monthly.
You may cancel auto-renewal at any time. Cancelling stops future charges, but does not end your current access early:
Where you cancel depends on where you subscribed: through the Google Play Store, the Apple App Store, or the "Manage Billing" option in your Web Portal profile.
Subscriptions purchased on the Web Portal (via Stripe):
Monthly and annual subscriptions purchased through the MaterialEst Pro Web Portal are billed in advance and are non-refundable. Customers may cancel at any time to prevent future renewals. Access will continue until the end of the paid subscription period.
Refunds may be granted at our sole discretion in cases of duplicate payments, billing errors, or technical issues that prevent access to the service. To request one, contact us at info@materialestpro.com.
Subscriptions purchased on Google Play:
Purchases made through Google Play are subject to Google's refund policy.
Subscriptions purchased on the Apple App Store:
Purchases made through the Apple App Store are subject to Apple's refund policy.
We are unable to issue refunds for app-store purchases ourselves — please contact Google Play Support or Apple Support directly.
Your MaterialEst Pro account (email, projects, and estimates) works across Android and the Web Portal. However, your subscription itself is tied to where you purchased it. If you already have an active subscription through Google Play or the Apple App Store, please wait until your current subscription expires before purchasing an annual Web Portal subscription, so you are never paying for two active subscriptions at once.
Customers may upgrade or downgrade between Starter and Pro, or switch between monthly and annual billing (Web Portal only), at any time from their account. Any billing adjustments will take effect at the next renewal unless otherwise stated during checkout.
Subscription benefits may evolve over time as new features and estimation modules are released.
While we aim to provide reliable access, temporary interruptions may occur due to maintenance, third-party services, or circumstances beyond our control.
MaterialEst Pro provides guidance and estimation tools only. Users remain responsible for verifying all quantities, dimensions, engineering requirements and material specifications before ordering or construction.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of MaterialEst Pro after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
